What a privilege it was to capture this beautiful day for Sarah and Jordan. The service at St Mary the Virgin, Rudford - Gloucestershire was made extra special thanks to Rev Helen Sammon, a big thank you to her for make me so welcome.
On Sunday 11th June over 1000 people took part in the Gloucestershire 2017 Race For Life raising money for Cancer Research. Running 5km or 10km around Gloucester on a hot, sticky morning all for a great cause.
I am trying to do my bit to help raise money by offering any of the 3000+ photos I took available for purchase for a small donation to Cancer Research.

I was racing all over Gloucestershire capturing The Flying Scotsman yesterday but worth it!
How could I miss out on a photo opportunity like The Flying Scotsman passing through Gloucestershire?
Thornbury Castle is a beautiful medieval wedding venue in South Gloucestershire, rich in history and photographic opportunities! Here's a shot from a wedding I did there back in August 2010:
What a beautiful location for a wedding Stonehouse Court is and only fitting it had such a beautiful bride as Chardez and doesn't she do a great rendition of Saturday Night Fever? Comprehensive photos from Philtographie to follow.
I managed to snap this beautiful butterfly sitting on some blackberries whilst on a walk around one of Gloucestershire's picturesque Cotswold villages, perfect for an old-worldy wedding location!
I think we have all noticed the nights drawing in and the weather starting to turn and as depressing as this can be its a beautiful time for photography with the leaves turning a golden brown and the shiny conkers falling from the trees.
While the number of weddings decrease in the autumn probably because here in Gloucestershire we know the risk of rain is so high but you can get lucky and have a beautiful wedding day in October/November time . If you wait a little longer you could have a winter wedding, possibly if you are really really lucky you could have a white wedding but sadly snow is getting increasingly rare in the south west. When it does snow though there's something magic about getting married in it and a dream to be the wedding photographer at a wedding like this.
Really hope it snows this year, everything seems to look so much prettier in the snow.
Here are some photos of Thornbury Castle in South Gloucestershire during the winter of 2009-2010. This is also a beautiful venue for a wedding, I shot Helen & Simon Spirit's wedding here in 2010 it was a summer wedding but still just as photogenic.
